The North Hampton Planning Board will conduct a Site Walk on property located at 52 Lafayette Road, North Hampton, NH, on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 3:00pm. The property is described as Tax Map 008, Lot 024. The purpose of this Site Walk is to view the property that is currently the subject of a Site Plan Review and two Conditional Use Permits before the Planning Board. The Applicant proposes to build a single family dwelling with a driveway access off of Sylvan Road and construct a new building to house construction equipment with a residential unit above. The new single family dwelling, the residential unit above the new building and one out of the four existing apartments are designated for Workforce Housing.
This is a public meeting.
The Applications have been continued to the May 5, 2015 Planning Board Meeting at 6:30pm in the Town Hall, 231 Atlantic Avenue.
